As part of the Melbourne Seniors Festival, Earthwatch Australia has asked three of our most passionate expedition participants to share their expedition tales from all corners of the globe. You will have a rare chance to hear stories from:
Robert: A passionate environmentalist and has joined 22 expeditions (most of which are in Australia). Robert is set to join Wildlife of Australia’s Cloud Forest in October and also joined Conserving Koala Country earlier in the year.
Barbara: She's been helping us in the Earthwatch office for over a decade and has joined 21 expeditions all around the world in the last 20 years. Her last expedition was Mammoth Graveyard (USA) in 2012 but she has travelled to Africa, South America and Europe on a range of expeditions.
Pat: This retired primary school teacher that has joined 6 expeditions overseas in the last 2 years. This year Pat joined Chimpanzees in Uganda, Cheetah Conservation in Namibia and Climate Change in the French Alps and now has her eyes set on the new expeditions for 2014.
We hope to see you there!
